Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare timely, accurate accounting, tax, and management information for a range of clients
  • Guide and mentor junior professionals, reviewing work and supporting their development
  • Lead advisory assignments, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and management accounting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing sound business and technical advice
  • Participate in internal and external training, and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and presentation of all work, actively managing workflow and deadlines

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring:

  • CA qualification (essential) and at least 5 years’ proven experience as a Senior Accountant
  • Competency with Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Microsoft Office, and an openness to learn new systems
  • Provide advice that draws on business and commercial experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive, professional attitude and the ability to be a role model to others
