Job Description
What you’ll do:
Prepare timely, accurate accounting, tax, and management information for a range of clients
Guide and mentor junior professionals, reviewing work and supporting their development
Lead advisory assignments, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and management accounting
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing sound business and technical advice
Participate in internal and external training, and contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure quality, timeliness, and presentation of all work, actively managing workflow and deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring:
CA qualification (essential) and at least 5 years’ proven experience as a Senior Accountant
Competency with Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Microsoft Office, and an openness to learn new systems
Provide advice that draws on business and commercial experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, professional attitude and the ability to be a role model to others
