About the Role
As Kaihautū/CEO, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the Trust. You’ll oversee service delivery, financial sustainability, staff wellbeing, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring our wraparound support model continues to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic and operational planning with the Board
Contract and service delivery management
Financial oversight and reporting
Staff leadership and development
Health & Safety and compliance
Relationship building across community, government, and funders
Upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi in all aspects of service
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You’re a proven leader with a deep understanding of the social services sector and a heart for youth wellbeing. You bring:
Significant leadership experience in a related field
Strong financial and contract management skills
A collaborative and empowering leadership style
Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders
A commitment to continuous improvement and cultural responsiveness
